

Today I cooked mutton tripe, which is a dish that I love. However, nobody else in my home likes it except for my mother in law. My husband was so angry with me for cooking it that he went to the market and bought burgers, chips and wings. He and my son ate those instead.
I felt very lonely today. I had worked hard to make the tripe. I cleaned it, washed it with boiling water, vinegar and yogurt. Then I chopped onion, garlic and ginger and cooked them with the tripe, water, salt, red chili and black pepper. After the water dried, I fried the tripe until golden brown and added some water, coriander, mint and spices for flavor.
