The Forgotten Picture
Well, not really forgotten. Just missed. But that's OK, because the people in this picture are pretty cool and special. Especially one person should be happy that I found this, so that I don't have to do a full photo shoot next time...I won't mention any names, just 😆.
So here we go.
In the front is yours truly, and then in the back, from left to right:
,
, immature
(his words, not mine) and finally, blurry, but still visible
As you can see, it was late and beer in hand, what could go wrong?
Our Way to the Racetrack - Part 2
I already posted a video of the rally car at the Split go-cart racetrack.
But here's some extra footage.
A few pictures of our way there. Sorry, the quality isn't the best as they were taken from a moving bus. But still, you can see the beauty that surrounds the city.
It wasn't the longest drive, so I had to take pictures wherever I could.
The Hive Rally Car
We were met with coffee, drinks and one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life. Before we knew it they were gone, so hardly time to take pictures. But they were good. That's the most important part.
After this, some of us, if not most, took turns in the rally car with the driver, who didn't hold back. I've seen the car go on two wheels more than once!
The man in front of the car must have been part of the crew, because he'd make sure everyone was safe.
Before we knew it, the day was nearing the evening, and we were all brought back on the bus to find our own way for dinner.
But not before we had a few drinks at Leopold's, which by then had become the favorite bar for most.
The first thing I noticed was one of my favorite beers on earth. Not something most real beer drinkers like usually, but I'm not really a beer drinker, so there, it's my favorite.
It's called Kriek, it's from Belgium and a cherry beer... I LOVE it!
So I was really happy to have found it there. The price was less forgiving at 6 Euro, but it was worth it this one time.
Blurry picture, but happy me!
