Hey Friends, here is a summary of how the last day of Hivefest7 went for us. We would say half day of the event since we didn´t attend the closing dinner because we had to catch our flight back home✈️
Well, it was a rainy day at Amsterdam today, however, despite the rain after packing our bags, checked out of the hotel, said our goodbyes to a few friends who were up at that time, we headed out to explore the city for a few house before going to the airport. We took the metro heading towards Jordaan.
Next we had to look for a place to eat lunch because some of us didn´t eat breakfast. We found a Steakhouse as it was about to start raining again.
Later some friends joined us despite the rain and we all had lunch and chatted. Later one of the owners of the restaurant helped us take a group photo when 
Then it was time to go to the Airport, we left for the airport 5hrs before our flight and some of the guys thought maybe it was still too early? Little did we know🤣

Got to the airport, we made our way to the security check because we had checked in online already. We estimated that it would take us 2hrs in a worst case scenario but we ended up spending 3 and half hours just to go through the check.
The crowd was massive😔
After 3 and half hrs, we got through and it was a race to our boarding gate. Got there eventually and boarded, flight was delayed for an hour because we had to wait for other passengers to get passed the security checks. Got to Helsinki Airport way passed our next flight to Tallinn, luckily this was also delayed. We ended up not missing any of our flights. Got home past 1:00 am the next day and headed straight to bed.
Finally, this brings our journey to the Hivefest7 to an end. We really enjoyed every bit of the journey if you count the airport nightmare out🤣 🤣
