That's the best place to chat directly. From there the GLD community has the ability to make new accounts for you. Recovery is impossible except for the one who issued the account and even then it is not 100%.

As for the kids. Ask questions or ask me to tell you how I would do things.... but no guarantees on dealing with teenagers. They grow out of the worst of things but bullying a younger sibling. That's where you need to have a long talk with both of them individually. The one that is doing the bullying needs to know it is not OK and why. The younger one needs to know that this world will judge their decision. Some places are more tolerant than others but they will need to decide how they will deal with things. Teaching them coping techniques could be useful.
