Don’t worry, I really appreciate your help. I tried to get up early because during the day the connection here is very difficult. I created a free account because before it wouldn’t even let me do that.. I actually wanted to recover the account you had helped me set up, but the issue is that every time you send me the passwords, when I copy them, it seems that for security reasons not all the details of the full key are included correctly.
So I ended up creating a new account, and I will send you the username now. I created it a few hours ago. I already logged into the Actifit app, and I still need to properly learn how it works. I understand now that I can’t do anything with my previous account anymore—I can’t withdraw anything or anything like that, although there was nothing in it anyway.
And please don’t worry, I really appreciate your help. Being in this kind of platform without any knowledge can be quite complicated, so having someone to guide me means a lot.
With this new account, I’m not sure if there will be any limitations for being a free account. I didn’t set it up the same way as the previous one I lost access to, which required a payment. But at this point, it’s not really possible for me to do it the same way I did before when I first created that account.
Let’s see how this goes—I think it will be fine.
