Natural food and processed food, both have their own use cases. Although both are the part of the modern foodstyle as well. Processed food is good when it is used in stocking or delivering it to longer distance. Processed food is the hand to hand food and easy to distribute as well.
Natural food is best suit for every person. A person can easily survive on natural food only as well. These type of food has least impact on our health and it benefits are beyond just taste and good health.

As both have their own benefits, they must be balanced so that one can take proper results from their diet. Processed food consumption has more adverse effect if improperly used. Since the natural food is perishable processed food becomes the second best alternative in a balanced diet. Nutrients measure can be easily calibrated in processed food however in natural food there is so many options as per the nutrients.
