Today was a good day to harvest the salsa garden. We had an awesome crop of Jalapeños, Onions, Green Peppers, and the Tomatoes are coming out of our ears.
A simple garden fresh salsa recipe I would like to share. This salsa is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your home also.
8 quarts peeled tomatoes
3 cups chopped onions
4 large bell peppers
4-6 Diced Jalapeños
1/2 Cup Salt
1/2 Cup sugar
Put all ingredients in large stew pot and simmer until reduced to the constancy that you desire for salsa. Taste and make any adjustments to seasoning you desire.
