Blue velvet are not common, most people don't even know a thing called blue velvet exist. Red velvet are more common in cake shops and to the public. There isn't any difference between the two apart from their colours,blue velvet is made with same ingredients as red velvet. I'll be sharing a totally different technique for cake baking that saves you all the stress of creaming, it's much easier and faster. Mixing takes as little as 4 minutes 😂 and still extremely fluffy!
INGRIDIENTS
- A table spoon heap of butter.
2.5 table spoons of flour. - 2 tablespoons heap of sugar .
- 4 tablespoon of milk.
- Half teaspoon baking soda (leveled)
- A pinch of salt.
- Blue food coloring.
- Lime.
- Vanilla flavor.
- An egg.
- A teaspoon cocoa powder.
STEP1.
Pretty heat oven or pot while mixing . Put flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder together in a bowl and mix well. Pour in milk , Add butter and stir really good
Crack egg and beat till you see a lot of bubbles and increase in volume. Pour in the egg and mix well. Add the food coloring, vanilla and half of the lime juice and mix well. .
STEP2
Pour into cupcake tins and bake for about 15 minutes
. Frost if necessary and Enjoy 😋
