Today I'll be sharing with you an awesome dish which I have learned online called red wine braised short ribs.
First for the ingredients, we will need chopped garlic, potatoes, carrots, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, red wine, tomato paste, beef broth and of course our main ingredient beef short ribs.
Now to cook this, we must first preheat the oven for 300°. While preheating, we will first fry the ribs (rub it with salt and pepper).
When the ribs our golden brown, slowly pour in the beef broth.
After boiling, it's time to put all the remaining ingredients into the pan.
Cover it up with aluminum foil and baked it for two hours inside the preheated oven.
Served hot with rice...😉 Enjoy!
