Life is uncertain. Everything that surrounds us is uncertain. What is certain now is that anytime, we may loose the precious life we have.
It saddened us that we can not move freely or do anything that we wanted to do like the usual. There was a drastic change of everything nowadays because of this pandemic we faced. Being careful is not enough, we should be cautious as well and follow protocols. It bothers us, in all aspects most especially mentally. Famine, unemployment, other scarcities, these are in reality. Yes, we get paranoid on what will happen tomorrow? What's next to this? What if we will be infected with that rampant virus. We are so over thinker and sane.
So now, allow me to share to you this routine that may help you conditioning yourself and your body. This will pamper your mind and in one way or another help your self to focus on the brighter side of life. Have a try to this 30-45 minutes home workout. This helps you to be physically fit, healthy and mentally conditioned. When you perspire it releases bad vibes from your body (kidding aside).
In this work out, you don't need more equipment upon executing it. You only need a mat, jump rope, abs roller/ab wheel and gym/fitness ball.
Before starting the work out, don't forget to do stretching in at least three (3) minutes only.
For this routine, we will perform four (4) activities:
First - the pushing and pulling of the ab roller or ab wheel - - this strengthen your core not only it targets your abs, also in the muscles of your lower back
- it helps your abs to be in shape, hard and strong
(do this in 30 seconds, in 3 repetitions) (the push and pull should not be speedy)
Second - playing/balancing with the fitness ball - - it has variety purposes; find neutral spine position, learn proper posture, increase lumbar mobility, increase abdominal and back muscle strength, increase balance and stability, develop overall control and strength of the core body muscles (do the balancing or playing the fitness ball in at least 2-3 minutes)
Third - planking - - this has many targets to our body; we have a healthy posture, have a good balance and coordination, improve body alignment and help away from illness, build core strength, improve flexibility, metabolism and improve overall mental health
(do planking in 30 seconds in three times)
Fourth - jumping rope - - this is a full-body workout, so it burns many calories in a short time
- for an average-sized person, jumping rope might even burn more than 10 calories a minute
- jumping rope helps tone your calves, tighten your core, improve your lung capacity and build stamina
(make a jump at least 500 - 700 jumps in a day)

I am not an expert on this. But I love doing this. It helps me conditioning my mind from anxiety or depression with the situation we are in right now. Might as well, this will help you to become fit and healthy, also boost your self esteem having a shape body. With consistency, this home workout is very effective. For the "bawal lumabas" thing (not allowed to go out) since 'COVID' and 'Delta Variant' were around, try doing this while at home.
Despite of the creepy world we have, I still chose to be happy and always look the positive side of life because I believe, this too shall pass. Let's just continue our strong faith to our Saviour and believe in Him that He will gonna save us.
