Greetings, dear friends at Amazing Drinks, and welcome to my blog. Today I’d like to share a medicinal drink with you—a tea that’s best enjoyed hot and has many health benefits. Let me tell you all about it. A few days ago, I suffered from severe stomach inflammation, with pain right in the pit of my stomach, and I felt very weak. That intense pain prevented me from eating; in fact, the pain radiated to other areas of my stomach.

I really couldn't go to the doctor because of the discomfort, but I remembered a homemade tea that works very well to improve digestion and reduce inflammation, as well as strengthen the immune system.

It's a combination of turmeric, ginger, and lemon. I had made this tea before because it helps with sleep and fat burning, but knowing its other properties, I didn't hesitate to make it to relieve my digestive problem. It's recommended to drink it a maximum of twice a day. I drank it at midday and in the evening the first day, and repeated the dose the next day. Thanks to this tea, my digestive condition improved.

## Ingredients

- 450 ml of water

- 16 g of ginger

- 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder

- 1/2 lemon

## Preparation

1.-. In a pot, pour the water, the previously washed ginger pieces, and the turmeric powder.

2.- Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture into a cup and add the juice of half a lemon. It's ready to drink.

***Recommendations.*** Store the remaining tea in the refrigerator once it has cooled to room temperature. It is recommended to add the lemon only when you are ready to drink it to avoid a bitter taste. What I do is heat a cupful and then add the lemon before drinking it immediately. The tea with turmeric and ginger keeps well in the refrigerator.

Saludos, queridos amigos de Amazing Drinks, bienvenidos a mi blog. En esta ocasión les comparto una bebida medicinal, un té que se toma caliente, con muchas propiedades, ya les cuento de qué se trata. Hace unos días atrás sufrí una fuerte inflamación estomacal, con un dolor justo en la boca del estómago, sentí una gran debilidad. Ese dolor tan fuerte no me permitió comer, de hecho, el dolor se irradiaba hacia otras zonas de mi estómago.

De verdad no pude ir al médico por el malestar, pero recordé un té casero que funciona muy bien para mejorar la digestión y acabar con la inflamación, además de fortalecer el sistema inmunológico.

Se trata de combinar cúrcuma, jengibre y limón. Ya había preparado este té antes porque ayuda a dormir y a la quema de grasas, pero, sabiendo sus otras propiedades, no dudé en prepararlo para aliviar mi problema digestivo. Se recomienda su ingesta máximo dos veces por día, yo lo tomé al mediodía y por la noche el primer día, y repetí la dosis al día siguiente, gracias a este té, mejoró mi afección digestiva.

## Ingredientes

- 450 ml de agua

- 16 grs de jengibre

- 2 cucharadas de cúrcuma en polvo

- 1/2 limón

## Preparación

1.-. En una olla, vertemos el agua, el jengibre en trozos previamente lavado, y la cúrcuma en polvo.

2.- Dejamos hervir de 5 a 10 minutos. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar 5 minutos. Colamos la cantidad en la medida de una taza y agregamos el zumo de medio limón. Ya está listo para consumir.

***Recomendaciones.*** El resto del té lo guardamos en la nevera una vez que haya alcanzado la temperatura ambiente. Se recomienda solo agregar el limón cuando se vaya a consumir para evitar que tome un sabor amargo. Lo que yo hago es calentar la medida de una taza y luego agrego el limón para consumirlo inmediatamente. El té con la cúrcuma y el jengibre se conservan en buen estado refrigerado.
