Hello everyone!

This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and @lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

It's not much, but it's my first time putting together a combo and also my first time participating in an exhibition; I'm really excited. I’ve considered recruiting some coursemates who are much better at comic storytelling, but it seems it’ll have to wait till after exams before they can really settle their minds enough to give me a response. Today I went all out with the Hephaestus routine. You already know the menu: angels, isometric holds, those negatives that make your soul tremble, and, of course, pull-ups to finish strong. It's a tough routine, one that demands you be present every second to maintain proper form. But I have some news that has me on cloud nine: I've finally got the full range of motion clean! Those who follow this path know how difficult it is to gain that specific mobility and strength without cheating. Feeling your body finally respond and the exercise flow smoothly is one of the best rewards this sport can offer. I'm doing great, and my progress is skyrocketing.

The first thing I did was stretch and warm up thoroughly. I had arrived from a trip the day before, and my body felt tense, sore, and uncomfortable. Since my partner, Polanco, is injured, I didn't want to suffer the same fate, so as soon as I felt ready, I started doing a few 360 spins with backflip exits. I did this a couple of times before moving on to the first combo, which I'd been working on all year: a combination of all the grip changes in a row, starting with a 360 swing, switching to a tornado, then landing in a cross-grip for another 360, and finally finishing with a 540.

Sometimes we make the mistake of thinking that spending time with friends is secondary, or even a distraction from our daily responsibilities. It was very delightful and exciting life Experience I had today. This afternoon, My Mother asked me to go to Lugait Public Market just to buy some important needs here in the house and aside of that, some Ingredients for food for tonight's dish. I decided to went to to Lugait Public Market at exactly 4 in the afternoon. It takes almost half an hour of waiting for a passenger vehicle to pass by and I keep having my long patience waiting for a passenger vehicle. It is normal for us to keep waiting for almost an hour or half an hour and after that finally I already ride on a Tuk-tuk vehicle.

In today's workout, I started with bench press. I went with 80 kg; I could only lift the bar with 80 kg. I started with 70 kg and decided to increase it to 80 kg. Then I did incline dumbbell presses; I used 30 kg dumbbells, since I felt the 20 kg ones weren't affecting me as much. Then I moved on to shoulders; I tried to do a set of straddle holds and then advanced frog jumps, but my lower back wouldn't let me. Then I did lateral raises. After that, I moved on to triceps, doing tricep extensions on the cable machine; I used 8 plates (I don't know the exact weight, but I use 8 plates). Then, to finish, I did dips on the parallel bars.
