@steevc just finished a 15.01km run, that lasted for 94 minutes. This run helped steevc burn 1153.0 calories. --- **Description from Strava:** I was a bit worn out yesterday evening, but slept pretty well. As we went to bed Storm Dave was blowing things around, but when I got up it did not look too bad in the garden. I saw some tree debris, but most of the blossom was still up there. I was looking to do another easy long run, but it is never that easy. I find it hard to slow myself down, but then long runs the day after a fast one are on tired legs. I decided to head over to Letchworth, but did it clockwise for a change. I have done it less often that way and you see different things as well as getting a different experience of the hills. Those are not huge, but it undulates a fair bit. I saw quite a few other runners out there. I almost collided with a guy as we both tried to go through a gateway on a blind bend. I came back on the path by Standalone Farm and opted to stay on the Greenway a bit longer rather than running by the road. I got a little confused as there have been some changes on the farm track into the woods, but I found my way. I did walk on a few uphill parts, but then I was not looking to break records. Despite that I got some second best segment times, but that is down to not doing this route much. I will not be doing too much today, but then we still have another day off tomorrow. We are not doing anything special for Easter. When the kids were young we would do egg hunts. We still get them some chocolate.
