Making toast and jam, if you want see Part 1: Making jam, and Part 2: Making butter. Or don't, I'm not a cop. Finished product:
Now when I make bread, I use the dough setting on a bread maker, this kneads it, and does the first rise for me... first you add a cup of water...
add 2 tablespoons of sugar
one tablespoon of milk powder
one tablespoon of the butter we made
one and a half teaspoons of salt
Sift in three cups of flour
Add two teaspoons of yeast
press the button, grease your pan
When the bread maker is done, knock down the dough, and put it into your greased pan, cover it with a towel, and let it rise. I forgot to take a picture of this part... so here is a picture of Puppy and I instead:
Put it into an oven thats been preheated to 350, and take it out when it looks like this:
flip the loaf out of the pan, and onto a rack to cool
cover it with a towel while it cools so you don't get Puppy's fur all over it.
Once the bread cools, cut it, toast it, put on the butter your toast with your home made butter, put on your home made jam and enjoy! I hope you liked this, and if you have any questions, ask me in the comments!
