I watched a YouTube video of Milton Erickson in session from the seventies. He was doing an arm levitation induction, I went into trance watching it. My arm levitated unconsciously. He instructed his subject, which I took as me, to try and pull my arm away from my forehead with my other hand. It was strange, I couldn’t pull my arm away! Then I fell asleep soon after.
