π²1 cup reduced-fat coconut milk
π²2 tbsp skim milk powder
π²1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
π²1/4 cup pitted, dried dates
π²1/4 cup maple syrup
Place coconut milk, milk powder, matcha green tea powder, dates and maple syrup in a blender and blend until well combined.
Pour into a freezer proof container and cover. Freeze overnight.
You could also use 6 silicone moulds and divide mixture evenly between each, cover then freeze.
Remove from the freezer and allow to melt slightly before serving.
Divide into 6 portions, one portion is one serve.
Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 2 months.
