I want to share you guys the tasty starter that I tried at the hotel in India.
Flavor of the food was totally new to me, and also the design was so cute.
The name of the starter that I tried was -
"Chicken liver lollipop with pomegranate (Crostini di fegatini con melograno)"
Chicken liver Pâté is spread fully between the fried crackers(?) and particles of pomegranates are also decorated over the lollipops with the Pâté , which gives people an appetite.
It looks like lollipops sticks with crackers. The covers of the lollipop are fried but not greasy at all thanks to sweet taste of pomegranates.
Try the food if you encounter similar menus.

첫 글로는 인도에서 맛보았던 에피타이저 하나를 공유하고자 합니다.
이런 맛의 스타터는 처음이기도 하고, 음식의 모양도 너무 귀여워서 사진이라도 보여드리고 싶네요
메뉴 이름이 "Chicken liver lollipop with pomegranate" 인데요, 한글로 하면 "석류를 곁들인 롤리팝 스타일의 닭 간....?" 뭔가 섬뜩하네요. 그냥 음식 이름은 영어로만 불러야 겠습니다.
닭간 파테(스프레드 형태)가 바삭한 튀김 사이에 발라져 있고, 겉에는 석류알들이 파테와 함께 붙어있어서 보기에도 이쁘고 보는 사람 입맛도 돌게 한답니다.
보기에는 크래커 롤리팝 사탕 같은 형태인데요, 튀김에다가 닭 간 파테까지 있어서 느끼할 거 같은데 석류의 달콤한 맛 덕분에 전혀 느끼한 맛이 안 느껴지더라구요.
나중에 비슷한 음식을 보시면 도전해 보시는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다:)
