PLEASE PROTECT THE ANIMALS THEY WANT TO LIVE IN THE WORLD
it turns out that kangaroo animals are not only owned by the Australian continent only. In Indonesia there is also one type of kangaroo ie Kangaroo wondiwoi tree is one of the rare species of animals that live on the island of Papua.
According to specimens found by Ernest Meyer, animals that have the scientific name of Dendrolagus mayri are predicted to weigh approximately 9,25 kg. Another feature is the fur is black with some parts that are yellowish.
On the buttocks and legs reddish color with a white tail. The number of wondiwoi tree kangaroo population is never known accurately. However, based on the red list issued IUCN, predicted total population of this type of kangaroos approximately 50 tail alone.
This makes the International Conservation Nature and Natural Resources group of kangaroos wondiwoi or wondiwoi kangaro as critically endangered species.
Very Rare and Endangered. The exact population of the Wondiwoi Tree Kangaroos (Dendrolagus mayri) is never known. But the IUCN Red List predicts the total population of this tree kangaroo about 50 individual tail. It is not surprising then that the IUCN Red List includes the Wondiwoi Tree Tree or Wondiwoi Tree-kangaroo Tree as a Critically Endangered or critically endangered species (Critical).
Fortunately all types of tree kangaroos from the genus Dendrolagus include protected animals and contained in Annex PP no. 7 of 1999 on Protected Types of plants and animals so that this one, though less well known, species of kangaroo remains listed.
It's so rare, do not ask me if I've seen this kind of kangaroo. Finding images of these animals on the internet alone I can not. There is only a picture illustrated Kangaroo Wondiwoi Tree (Dendrolagus mayri) based on specimens found in 1928.
