Tempe tidak hanya enak digoreng begitu saja, kini banyak variasi resep olahan masakan berbahan dasar tempe salah satunya yaitu tempe goreng bumbu serundeng. Di toko online sudah tersedia makanan siap saji berbahan dasar tempe yang diberi bumbu-bumbu sehingga terasa lebih gurih dan enak. Praktis tinggal goreng, tidak perlu repot menyiapkan bumbu-bumbunya.

Tempe Goreng Bumbu Serundeng
TEMPE GORENG BUMBU SERUNDENG
BAHAN :
- 1 papan tempe, potong-potong sesuai selera
- 100 gram kelapa parut
- 500 ml santan kelapa
- 1/4 sendok teh lada bubuk
- 1 sendok teh garam halus
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- 1 batang serai/sereh, memarkan
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 4 butir bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 3 butir kemiri
- 1 sendok teh ketumbar
- 1 ruas kunyit
- 1 ruas jahe
- 1 ruas lengkuas
Cara Membuat Tempe Goreng Serundeng :
- Rebus tempe dengan santan, serai, daun jeruk, lada bubuk, garam dan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan.
- Masak sampai airnya menyusut kemudian tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan. Goreng tempe sampai matang berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat.
- Tambahkan kelapa parut, aduk-aduk terus agar tidak cepat gosong, kemudian masukkan tempe yang sudah digoreng tadi dan masak kembali hingga kering. Angkat dan tiriskan hingga kering.
- Tempe goreng bumbu serundeng sudah siap dinikmati dengan nasi putih hangat dan sambal.
