There's not only tens, hundreds of billions of dollars, there are trillions of dollars spent each year for weapons and arms, led by the USA and its cronies, and when it comes to feeding the poor there is no budget left for that.
The human being, especially the Western one, priority to kill far exceed of their desire to aid.
