Well this is my first post, I'll start by saying my first post will be a food journal entry. So I'm always looking for places with fresh food...and ways of eating fresher... After having thyroid cancer the fresher the better for me. So I found this place that has homemade tortillas with beans! So that was breakfast. Something so simple.
And I know that's what I need is simple!
The years of trash food contributed to my thyroid and weight issues.
I'm rather excited to take this journey finding fresher food and healthier ways of eating. I'm now down 8 inches. I cut out a lot of things that is common sense like sugar, dairy, processed food.
I joined a gym a month ago.
My goal is to lose enough weight to reverse some hormone issues I have so I can have a child.
Realistic about it... Plant based is my goal, but im breaking bad habits in steps, and goals i have set for myself.
