What's up everyone, it was about time I got round joining Steemit. I look forward to sharing my personal journey and providing valuable information in regards to your general health and wellbeing along the way :)
To those who don't know me, which will be everyone on here... I started my training during March 2016, but at first the main problem for me was prioritising my personal health, I found it hard to stick to my diet plan and attend the gym on a regular basis due to work commitments, therefore, I eventually stopped training.
I found the motivation to get back into training at the start of 2017, since then my transformation has been unbelievable and this comes down to my strict diet plan and training program.

At this current moment in time I'm sitting my Level 2 in Personal Training, I aim to be a fully qualified personal trainer and online coach by January 2018.
