This year in summer I celebrated my 30th birthday and i am never been so happier and satisfed before in my life.

We have an online and an official store located in capital city Ljubljana. A very young group of 7 girls runs the business.
For the first blog I decided to share with you some of my most beautiful creations. It was a beautiful wedding of two friends of my uncle, who was also his best man. I love this kind of weddings that have such a beautiful history and a story full of love.
On a very hot day in July I had to deliver this three tier cake from Ljubljana to Celje, that's about 1 hour drive, luckily the road was very good and the cake came in one piece xD
The location was already decorated, so I had enough time and space to finish my wedding cake in peace. I put on fresh flowers that I previously sealed in edible wax, then put on some white sprinkles and finally the cake topper on top that I made myself at my job.

As you can see in the picture I use two cakeboards because that is more stable for a heavy cake like this one and you prevent buttercream to cracke 😊
The bride also had her 40th birthday on their wedding day 😍
Flavours of the cake was white chocolate mousse with raspberries, milk chocolate mousse with sourcherries and on the top delicious bluberry filling :)
