So, lots of people I talk to ask me, why did you turn vegan?
Heres 5 reasons why I did, and you should.
1. Meat causes CANCER.
Red meat, Prosccesed meat and White meat have all been linked directly to different cancers.
2. Eating meat, clogs your arteries
around the body and arteries, causing things like Angina, Erectile dysfuncion, glaucoma and dementia.
3. Meat can contain parasites.
Ever see that TV show, Monsters inside me? Well thats what you can get from eating a dead animal whose corpse is 30-100 days old 🤮
4. Its a main source of deforestation.
Have you ever seen a koala bear return home to its forest being destroyed? No one wants that.
5. Vegetarianism is still unhealthy as high dairy intake is linked to Cardiovascular disease, higher bone fracture rates
its because of certain things in milk like 'lactates' which remove calcium and phosphurus from the bones. Also eggs are used alot more in foods so you tend to eat more than normal on a vegetarian diet and they contain 183mcg of bad cholesterol, the guidlines say not to exceed 300mcg of it daily so 2 eggs is over that at about 366mcg, this WILL clog your arteries, and men, I know its all good now, but the first arteries to clog are the ones around the penis, restricting blood flow, causing erectile dysfunction, so be weary. Also Dairy is Scary! Dairy and cheese are another massive contributor of saturated fat, cholesterol and bad cow hormones, aswell as the odd bit of puss. You would never suck it straight from a cow that would be disgusting, drinking warm baby cow growth hormone milk, but its ok once its cold an in a bottle?🤔
