I'm going to start posting a fun little fact each day! Some you may know and some you may not. I hope you all enjoy! You can take fish you've caught and cover your fish well in salt. Then lay your fish outside, in the sun ideally in dry(low humidity) atmosphere preferably when/where there's a light breeze. If done properly this can be another way to preserve your fish(much like country ham) these methods are well known from a time before refrigeration. Though I'd never heard of preserving a whole fish using this method before, it certainly makes sense and will make a tasty meal come time to eat! Check back tomorrow for another fun and helpful fact! Thanks guys!
