Ah, I see, similar interests. And I also used to lift weights (I was no body builder though!) but I had to quit due to my poor adrenal and thyroid state. Can't wait to get back into the gym (next year?) and start to feel strong again! Good to hear you have found your balance.
I'm really a newbie here at Steemit and I'm still learning the system so I'm still a bit comfused with what I should and should not do! I guess I will learn with time.
