New user, A Chef from Italy

Hi, Steemians!

This is an #introduceyourself post, it should be the first I publish but yesterday full of frustation I made another one about my bad luck and my broken leg.
Here my bad luck article.

So, who am I ? What i can bring to this community?

Well, first of all my name is Giacomo, I'm from Milan (Italy) and I'm a chef;
yes, a chef with the passion for tecnology and blockchain.

So, considering that right now I can' t move, my goals is trought my blog to share (I hope) my experience in foods and cooking.
My idea was to talk about tipical and local repices of Italy, because more often I see on internet "tipical Italy recipe" and then is some sort of American interpretation of it.
