Hello, I am a Paintress who loves to cook from Burnaby, British Columbia.

My friend Hive account@healthiswealth introduced me to Steemit, so I’m sending out a big thank you to him.
I am an artist. I never went to Art school or took any Art classes because I wanted to be me, paint like I wanted to paint. Be unique and a self-taught painter.
The museum is full of self taught artists and I love it. I love oil painting. It is not just a hobby, but a joy and a life’s passion. I love creating and using my hands.
Colors are so wonderful. I love mixing and matching and watching as a painting takes on a life that is so vibrant and talks to me. That is why I paint.
This is my introduction post and I won’t bore you with a big speech. I’m sure I’ll make some mistakes and please feel free to correct any that I make.
I am easy going and I’ll probably forget to get on here from time to time but I like that Steemit is a place where artists can show their work and exchange info, ideas and critiques.
I am an amateur painter so any help I can glean from like minds and art lovers would be amazing.
