I am in favor of everyone who needs to be what they are, to make and express their thoughts without being aware of social labels, a difficult challenge for such a protocolized world. I love freedom, justice and fairness, I detest hypocrisy and social courtship.

Since I have use of reason, I have always wanted to be what my spirit tells me to be, occupations that even the most erudite of universities could not provide, as an explorer of the world.

I start my law career as a mechanism to defend my rights against social abuses, because information is power and frees you from the bondage of ignorance.

The most interesting work in the world is that which leads you down the path of happiness and freedom, where your work lives for you and not you for work, there are few who have the joy of loving what we do. Being a cook has been the way to find the passion of my life. It is the profession that allows me to live my life as I want and to recreate stories in each dish that I present, I reflect the food in my photos as moments that represent my happiness; I travel and explore new flavors and I know people in their most humble expression.
