Cashew nut drying

Raw cashew nuts are properly dried so as to remove excess moisture. These cashew raw nuts are usually kept in an open yard and are dried in sun for 3/4 days depending on the weather condition of a particular area. The nuts are rolled over on regular basis in order to ensure both sides are properly dried. After this procedure is over, the dried cashew nut are collected and thereafter packed in bags for the purpose of long storage.
