Few days ago, while I was a bit sick, I watched one inspirational clip that seriously made me think about...Writing ! (Btw, the guy was talking about painting :D , not writing , but anyway his words made me think that his point could apply to any skill, and to any one).
At that moment, I suddenly chose writing. Idea about writing keeps me like a need these days. As a matter of fact, when I do some retrospective, the whole my life I enjoy writing form, much more then talking.
I want to inspire you and to share my knowledge with you guys, who are interested into making change in life, regarding healthy eating habits.
My advice is not based on trendy myths but only on proven facts, and science ;)
Another topic, that I'm going to write often is physical activity.
Time flies. The time that is gone is....Just gone. But, let's do something about our health now, and for the future.
To be honest, I wasn't very active before, but I’ve changed my point of view. I am learning, and have a lot of to learn.
I have a feeling that it would be such a shame if I would never ever see what my body is capable of.

Also, I’ll write about running (I started in August 2016).
Let's be precise: I am beginner but experienced one , hehe . I prepare for my first half-marathon this spring.
What mostly encourages me about running, is the feeling that nothing seems impossible as before.
