Hello, again, Steemit community! It’s my second steem post here, but I deemed the first post, Steemit Day One, not enough to introduce myself to you. First off, my name is Joseph C. Aquino. If the name rings a bell, chances are you came across somebody who bears the same name – as my name is not that unique. But, rest assured I have unique personalities just like everyone of you here - so does it really make me unique? xD I am now 21, I mean, 32 years old – 32 biologically and 21 psychologically, that is, haha. Here are some random things I wanted to share (more to come):
My favorite color is blue. It has a calming effect. It’s tranquil. Although, the ocean share the same color which is not always as calm as the blue sky. Distant mountains are also blue. I think, it is reflected by almost everything under the blue sky. I don’t want to get too scientific here - you know prism? Prism? Haha. So, let me just leave it there – it is calming and cool.
Food? I have a lot of favorite food. But my appetite instantly burst at the site of a pizza pie. It’s originally a food for the poor, right? Basically, it is just a blend of left-overs. However, I seldom eat pizza pie due to its skyrocket price, haha – exaggeration here. But, this is an effective self-reward when I did something good – and have extra bucks, of course. I also love other food, so don’t hesitate to offer one.
I also love listening to music. But, I am certain that music does not love listening to me. Kidding aside, the usual genre I listened to is pop – whatever is on the radio, pop culture. If you are familiar with that genre, then you know that it is tasty genre – it almost manifest all genres. So, I would find myself listening to ballad, rock, alternative, country, rhythm and blues (RnB), hip-hop, rap, and more.
I am also a technology enthusiast. I have very little – about 3 oz, LOL – knowledge about technology. The intrinsic information about programming, computer hardware, animation and the likes already baffles me. But, let me share them here when my enthusiasm kicks in.
Likewise, photography gained my interest - as what I emphasized on my first post. I started up using an analog camera back then – uhhm, I already disclosed my age. I used to shoot almost anything – except people. I might get imprisoned, haha. Seriously, the usual animated subject I shoot are animals – especially dogs. Most of my subjects are inanimate – still-life photography, that is. I originally wanted to share my knowledge in photography, but looking at the photographs here at Steemit makes me think twice, haha. Surely, this community has the eye for extraordinary photographs.
When I am not me – I mean when I get a bit serious, I am pursuing a degree in education on Mathematics. I am not good at it, even arithmetic is quite a heavy load, haha. I think it is an advantage rather than a disadvantage since I will be able to understand students with the same level of knowledge. More on this on future posts since this is a very long story – even the school where I attend deserves another post.
That’s about it for now. As much as I wanted to narrate even the earliest thing I remember since birth, I don’t have the luxury of time. But if you wanted to ask something about me, you may ask in the comments below. Again… and again, hello Steemit!
