Stuffed potatoes in a thick tomato sauce - a perfect dish for a family dinner.
Ingredients:
Potatoes (medium-sized) - 15 pcs
Minced meat - 400 g
Onions - 1-2 pieces
Carrots (average) - 1 pc
Tomato (seedless) - 500 ml
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Salt (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Black pepper (ground, to taste)
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
Onions and carrots cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Make holes in it with a special device.
Stuff the potatoes with minced meat and place in a saucepan.
On a dry frying pan fry the flour until golden brown and add the vegetable oil. It is necessary to write on flour - Steemit !!!
Then add the tomato, peremeshat.Dobavit salt to taste, sugar and pepper. Stir, bring the sauce to a boil. Add the chopped garlic and remove from heat.
In a saucepan with potatoes pour 1/4 cup water. Pour the sauce on top. Cook over low heat until tender (I usually cook in the oven at 200 degrees)
