Beef Shabu-shabu しゃぶしゃぶ

Shabu-shabu is my favorite ^ ^
しゃぶしゃぶは、大好きですよね＾＾

I ate shabu-shabu in Kisoji,.
木曽路でしゃぶしゃぶに行ってきました。

Shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish, a type of hot pot.
しゃぶしゃぶは日本の鍋料理の一種です。

Put a thin slice of meat into a hot pot.
薄切り肉を鍋の中に浸けます。

Swish it back and force several times until the meat turns pink.
肉がピンク色になるまで何度かくぐらせます。

Then dip it in sauce and eat it.
タレにつけて食べます。

After beef is vegetable shabu-shabu.
お肉の後は、野菜のしゃぶしゃぶです。

Vegetables are also very delicious.I also ate rice.
野菜もとても美味しいです。ご飯も一緒に食べました。

ひと通り食べたら、きしめん・餅、漬物で締めです。
