ニッスイの冷凍食品は美味しいのが多いですよね。
The package contains frozen noodles, frozen vegetables and frozen soup.
太麺と具とスープが入ってます。
It is a ingredients. 12 kinds are included.
Put this and soup in water and boil.
If you boil, put frozen noodles and divide it in two to make it.

これとスープを水に入れ沸騰させます。
沸騰いたら凍った麺を入れて二分したらできあがり。
