We chose to eat at the Chinese restaurant at the Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hotel, where we were staying. It has won many awards including a Michelin star in 2011.
We chose the tasting course menu. The food had a milder and more delicate flavor than I expected, but I assume this must be the style of high class Cantonese cuisine.
