What is Udon ?
Noodle dishes have long been a popular part of Japanese cruise.
One example is Udon, which is a thick white noodle made of wheat flour.
The thickness of the noodle and cooking methods vary regionally across Japan, and it is also considered a rice substitute in the Japanese diet.
When it comes to cooking methods, Miso-nikomi-Udon from Nagoya is well known.
Also, there is a type of Udon being famous for its smooth texture called "Sanuki-Udon" from Kagawa, also a flat shaped one called "Inaniwa-Udon".
There are fast-food restaurants which serve Udon dishes across Japan.
Udon may be served cold or hot, in a soy-saurce based soup with toppings, such as tempura, seaweed or eggs.

お店は、丸亀製麺です。
何となくですが、ラーメンよりうどんの方が健康に良さそうですよね^^
