Make Greek cuisine.ギリシャ料理をつくってみました。

Greek restaurant "THE APOLLO" from Sydney, Australia.Since it was a topic in Japan's first landing, I went right after opening.

I know that Greek food is delicious, and added it to the menu of the house.The picture is a paste of chick pea.From now on, I'd like to learn a variety of dishes:)

オーストラリア・シドニー発のギリシャ料理レストラン「THE APOLLO」。
日本初上陸で話題だったので、銀座にオープンした直後に行きました。

それからギリシャ料理が美味しいことを知って自宅でもチャレンジしてみました。
写真はひよこ豆をペーストにした料理です。
お家で食べるギリシャ料理もまた美味しかったです。
