Today was leg day. After my bag work out I hit the weights. I started with leg extensions, then leg curls, then leg press.
For the first two exercises I doubled the sets to six.
After that I did three sets of leg presses with the rest being calf raises. This is the most brutal of my lifting work outs.
My legs were shot after.
I did my shadow boxing and shots with jello legs.
After that I got news that one of my friends wants to train tomorrow. She hasn't trained in a year and she is one of the best Purple belt female fighters in Hawaii. I hope it works out and I get a regular partner.
