Valued-customer, thank you for your input. One thing I can speak to is that the project itself is not overly complex and is very doable. I, and those who decide to pitch in, can do this. Second, properly applied internal control works and properly designed tests of controls are revealing. Finally, it is much more difficult to oppose a control modification or control addition when faced with indisputable, empirical evidence that an unmitigated or under-mitigated risk exists.

In short, this project has begun, it will continue, and it will enhance transparency in our judicial system.
