Exercise and health are a big part of my life and I love making people feel better and by doing an exercise like boxing and kickboxing is amazing for stress relief and self-confidence and of course self-defense.
So I would like to invite you all to try it out.
Skipping rope is a big part of a boxing/kickboxing training and it is one of the best full body workout exercises.
This exercise consists of 3 rounds/3 minutes and 45 sec. breaks between.
Afterward, I included some Front Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Side Kick and Back Kick practice where I usually do each kick on each side 10 times.
I also included some shadow kickboxing and some combinations, just so that you can get some idea of what it is supposed to look like.
THE RULES FOR THE KICKBOXING CHALLENGE
- Do 1-minute skipping round. Be creative and make sure you will show at least 3 different styles of skipping. On my video, you check me using all different kinds of skipping styles and feel free to make your own.
- Do 1-minute round doing kickboxing or just doing the kicks, at least 2 different kicks.
- You must be my follower.
- You have to upvote and resteem this post. The more people see it, the more people can try kickboxing.
- Nominate 3 people to this challenge.
