Favorite Summer Tomato Kimchi Recipeš
Hey guys, this is ! Today I'm going to make tomato kimchi that suits for the summer really well! Actually, the funny thing is tomato kimchi is more popular in Japan than Korea. I remember I had tomato kimchi for the first time at the Korean restaurant in Japan. At that time I thought wow! this is brilliant!! :D It was so fresh and yummy!! Since then, I'm making tomato kimchi at home, especially in summer!
Tomatoes, lemons, and apples are the ingredients that never disappear from my fridge all year round. Among them, especially as I'm trying to eat tomatoes almost every day. I've heard in Europe, there is a saying that "When tomatoes turn red, the doctor's face turns green", which means tomatoes are super healthy foods so you don't even need to see doctors! +_+

Tomato Kimchi
Prep Time: 10 Mintues
Cooking time: 5 Mintues
Ingredients:
⢠Three big tomatoes or five small tomatoes
⢠½ onions
⢠1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
⢠1 tablespoon of red chili powder
⢠½ tablespoon of sugar or honey
⢠½ tablespoon of fish sauce
⢠A pinch of salt
Course:
1. Cut tomatoes into four - six pieces. If tomatoes are still hard, sprinkle a pinch of salt and let them stay for ten minutes. Skip this for ripe tomatoes!
2. Cut the onions thinly and let them in cool water for 10 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and onions, chopped garlic, red chili powder, sugar, and fish sauce into the bowl and mix it together. Then here is your summer kimchi! :D
