Korea has a surprising amount of wonderful bakeries /patisseries. This cake was simular to Strawberry short cake, a little dry and dense. It was good but I prefer the lighter fluffier Korean style fresh cream cakes. The current trend for Korean bakeries is to emulate European bakeries, there are some absolutely amazing bakers here.
