COFFEE ECONOMICS 6 eggs

Material:
6 whole eggs (use fresh eggs, egg whites are still thick and yolk is still intact and good)
90 grams of fine sugar (caster sugar)
3/4 tbsp cake emulsifier / sP
70 grams of medium protein flour
10 grams of cornstarch
10 grams of milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence / cream
125 grams of butter, melt and chill
Supplement: 1/2 tsp pandanus paste
Shake:
1 fruit 30x30x4 cm
or 2 pieces 22x22x4 cm -I use 28cm
How to make:
Prepare the baking sheet, bashing basically with margarine / baking oil, match with baking paper / baking paper
Sift flour, cornstarch and milk powder and mix all ingredients SO ONE except melted butter. Beat with a high speed mixer until it expands, thick and white
Enter the melted butter, stir back with a rubber spatula evenly and homogeneously.
Pour into pan, spread the surface. Bake in a preheated oven 200'C (big fire) until cooked
Remove from baking pan and chill.
