Ingredients
2-3 people
100 grams of starch
100 gr flour
to taste salt
to taste leek
1/2 teaspoon pepper
to taste warm water
Step
10 minutes
Mix the flour and kanji in a large bowl
Add salt, sugar and pepper
Enter warm water bit by bit, to be menclotot (like making meatballs)
Add the scallion pieces, blend well. Correction of flavors.
Bring to a boil water in a saucepan, if it boils down the heat.
Shape cilok with the way "clotot" like meatballs, put into a boiling pot of water. Do it through.
If cilok already floating, then immediately lift. Cilok ready to serve๐๐
