Ingredients
Material A:
3 eggs
100 grm sugar
1/2 tsp sp
Material B:
70 grm of wheat flour
25 grm cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 sachet of fire coffee
Material C:
75 ml of oil
50 grm DCC
Step
Mix the material B then sieve.
Mixser material A to white streaked ,,, for ± 10 minutes
The ingredient team C to brown melts
After the dough expands enter ingredients A sdh sifted a little bit while stirring.
Once blended, turn off the mixer. Enter the sintered DCC before stirring with a spatula until well blended.
Spread the mold with butter and sprinkle the flour. Pour the steamed dough for 30 minutes. Or by puncture test to know mature.
