Hello steemers! What a super cold day, isn't it? I wonder what you do when it's super cold enough to freeze our mind. For me, I eat hot foods like ramyeon. Yeah, I brought new Ramyeon named Fried Ramyeon. Let's enjoy it!
At first glance, it looks so crazy-good meaning-, look at that onions, rice cakes, and especially that ramyeon! It makes me my mouth watering, ahhh!!
Before tasting I'll tell the receipe for someone make this.
First, you need 2 ramyeons, 50g of beef, 50g of sausage, 2 fish cakes, 150g of rice cake, one mushroom, half of onion, 1 spoon of garlic, 1/3 of green onion, and sauce ( 1.5 spoon of red pepper paste , 3 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar, 1.5 spoon of starch syrup, bit of sesame oil.). More ingredient, more effort goes into food, the better the food is.
(+You can choose spicy amount by amount of red pepper paste. It makes Fried Ramyeon more spicy.)
For my subjective opinion, It's one of the best ramyeon food in the world, because you can taste not only ramyeon but also other ingredients together with perfect harmony. For example, as you see you can eat beef -at first beef wasn't ingredient needed for Fried Ramyeon- which is added by fixing receipe. It's taste is spicy enough to enjoy. You can also taste abundant taste of other ingredients. I would like to say this as little food harmony! I love it!
