Korean culture is different in its approach to food. Food is the most important thing in life. If we watch any Korean drama or movie then we can see at least one scene someone is eating. There are entire films and dramas based around Korean cuisine.
Korean food provides taste, medicine, and a connection to the country.
I really like the food of Korean. First thing that I could say is that, Korean food are pretty amazing. They serve a lot of healthy food, indeed. My favorite is bibimbab, which means a 'mix rice'. It is completely a mix of rice and some vegetables, like kimchi., cucumber, radish, spinach. Sometimes they will mix it with sweet corn and mayonaisse. I can say that its the best korean food ever, since it is one of Korean representative food. It is healthy and quite cheap.

There are a lot of delicious korean food. You may know one of these :
Beef BBQ, Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup), Beef Kalbi, etc.
However, apart from those food, Korea has a lot of some 'weird' food also, yet it's delicious if you're get used to it.

You probably know this, san-nakji (Sliced Raw Octopus). Here, they cook the octopus ALIVE. I was terrible in the beginning, but once you started, you can know why it is soo good. :) For some people in the Jeollado province, they are used to eat it completely raw. They will get the octopus, simply stick it around a stick, put it on a soy sauce (or any other sauce) and put the whole octopus in your mouth. If you don't chew it properly, you may have a difficulty to breath, somehow it can kill you immediately.
2. Hong-o (홍어) or skate fish. Can be eaten raw or cooked. If you are a fan of japanese wasabi, you probably a fan of hong-o also. The texture of the meat is different with other fish, it's a bit hard to chew. But, once you chew, you may get that 'pong' sensation around your nose or your ear. (I'm sorry I dont know how to express the sensation) Just similar to wasabi sensation, but a bit strong. Some of old people eat this fish during the chinese new year or chuseok holiday, where they get together with their family.

As long as I know, not everyone can eat those two foods. For anyone who like and can eat both, those foods are considered as the best food in Korea.
