Hi, I will introduce about korean barbeque today.
Korean barbecue is totally different from regular barbecue.
While regular barbecue people eat people outside,
Korean barbeque baked people and meat from inside.
Just like the picture below.
Now, I eat grilled meat on a sheet of iron.
Roast it on a griddle called Gamasot.
And our culture uses Kimchi and various vegetables to eat meat, bean sprouts, mushroom, mushroom, potatoes, etc.
