I have to note: My health is currently the best it's been since I was about eight years old. That was the year I caught pertussis (whooping cough) and wound up with bronchial issues for about thirty-six years. Including chronic asthma that had me on the nebuliser around every three days, towards the end.
So yeah, I'm feeling better than I have in my entire life. And probably saved my life, like said below. My nails are pinker than they've been in decades.
There is no power in the world that would get me to go back to LFHC on a permanent basis.
